Michelle Anderson

Division Manager, Pinal County Adult Probation
I am a dedicated mother to two wonderful boys, Jack and Max. When Max was 18 months old, he was diagnosed with Proximal 18q Deletion Syndrome and SETBP1 Disorder, and several years later with nonverbal Autism. This journey has deepened my understanding of the importance of creating inclusive environments and advocating for individuals with diverse needs. I have been married for over 20 years to an incredible man who shares my passion for making the world a safer, more inclusive place for all individuals. Together, we are dedicated to doing our part in creating a better future for our family and community. Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience as a Public Administrator, specializing in data analytics, performance measurement, program evaluation, and program and policy development. My expertise lies in problem-solving for organizational effectiveness, helping organizations operate more efficiently and serve their communities more effectively. I take pride in being trustworthy, ethical, detail-oriented, and resourceful in all my endeavors. Whether leading complex projects or navigating personal challenges, I approach each situation with integrity and determination to find meaningful solutions that make a real difference.
